inversi&oacute;n, 371.606.557 millones de pesos; para organismos de control, 757.265.420 millones de pesos; destinados a la deuda p&uacute;blica, y 34.152.210.787 millones de pesos; para el fondo ingresos tributarios, con 8.133.200.636 millones de pesos; ingresos no tributarios con 8.514.526.141 millones de pesos; fondos especiales con 34.152.210.787 millones, y recursos de capital con $170.608.634 millones.<br \/>\n\tAprobadas facultades al alcalde.<br \/>\n\tEl concejo tambi&eacute;n autoriz&oacute; &nbsp;facultades al mandatario municipal por el t&eacute;rmino de un a&ntilde;o, comprendido entre el 1 de enero y 31 de diciembre de 2017.<br \/>\n\tQuedando facultado el alcalde para celebrar contratos y convenios y as&iacute; darle cumplimiento a su Plan de Desarrollo.<br \/>\n\tEl mandatario de los codacenses Luis Vladimir Pe&ntilde;aloza fuentes, luego de conocer la aprobaci&oacute;n del presupuesto y las facultades para contratar manifest&oacute; que seguir&aacute; trabajando con su equipo de colaboradores en las l&iacute;neas plasmadas en el Plan de Desarrollo &ldquo;Codazzi con Futuro&rdquo;, as&iacute;: competitividad e infraestructura, movilidad social,
